Many people think they have found the house of their dreams only to discover that the area they are in turns that dream into a nightmare.

There is a lot of information to consider before making that final commitment and it seems logical that after being advised by property and financial consultants, you should also seek advice on the neighbourhood you are planning to spend the next few years in.

During a short visit to view your property the immediate area may seem appealing, but scratch the surface and you may find the story completely different.
