Process Serving: We execute all types of process serving at a fixed fee. All document serving will be attempted to be served within 24 hours of receipt of written instruction, with the completed Certificate or Statement of Service/Affidavit and exhibits returned within 48 hours of service.
Our servers are trained to ensure identity of the recipient and deliver documents in a professional manner, applying the correct legal and personal approach. For reliability of service we do not use outside contacts or agents but serve the documents ourselves. All petitions and injunctions included.
Tracing: The locating of witnesses and beneficiaries. All types of traces available, such as missing heirs, missing witnesses and absconded directors. We can make background checks on any UK national/resident.
Covert Investigations: Surveillance and reports related to legal situations and court cases such as alibis or matrimonial disputes.
Fraud and Insurance Claims: We can investigate all types of accidents and possible fraudulent claims against insurance companies such as personal injury.
Debt Recovery: We are able to search and locate debtors on behalf of solicitors, financial institutions or companies.
